This machine is ideally suitable for manufacturing decorative pillows, chair pads, bed rests, sleeping pilows, upholstered backs and seats, wicker furniture pads, out door furniture cushions, stuffed toys and dolls, pet beds etc.
Our machines are capable of blowing all kinds of materials such as polyestr fibres, cotton and its blend fibres, Dupont's comforel, nappers, shoddy, acrylics, shredded foams, feathers etc directly into shells of cushions / pillows.
Production capacity per shift:
Standard sized decoative pillows: 2500 units.
Standard size sleeping pillows: 2400 pillows
22" four tufted chair pads: 100 units
22" x 46" tufted chair cushions: 750 units.
Our machines are comactly assembled with electrical control systems and safety switches. Can be easily operated and nil maintenance.
