We are manufacturers and suppliers of Garnett type pillow manufacturing machines.

This machines consist of:

Hopper feeder/. Bale opener & chute   To blend and open the fibres  and to feed through vibrating chute feeder and lattices.

Garnet Carding machine:   To open the fibres and form a thicker and randomized web.

Cross Lapper   To cross lay the web to desired thickness and width.

Moving apron:  To carry the properly laid web and to adjust the GSM of the batt.

Wind, cut & Doff:   To roll the batt and feed to stuffer.

Stuffer:  To stuff the batt finally into three side pre stitched shells.

Power supply:  30 HP  Machine space: 2000 Sq.Ft.

Production:     2000 pcs. Of standard size pillows/shift.

Sizes of Pillows that can be produced  20 x 26, 
      20x 30, 20 x 36, 20 x 54,  18 x 24 etc.
